Method 1: Check If You Have Following App

Method 2: Use Your Phone In The Safe Mode

The main issue while fixing the problem is finding the app which is causing the issue. But it’s really complicated work to find one culprit app from dozens of installed apps. That’s why smartphone manufacturers provide a feature called Safe Mode.

If we access our phone in safe mode, only the system apps will work, and third-party installed apps will get blocked.

As a result, we can find if the issue is because of any third-party app or system app.

Safe Mode In Android

  • Tap and hold the Power button until you see the options on the screen.
  • Tap and hold the Power Off option on the screen until you see the Safe Mode on the screen.
  • Tap Ok when prompted.
  • Now check if you are still getting the same voice notification.
  • If now you are not getting the notification then it means any third-party app is the main culprit.
  • If you are still getting the same notification in the safe mode then any system app is sending you the voice notification.
  • To get out of the Safe Mode turn off your phone like you usually do and turn it on again.

Note: In case it’s the third-party app which is causing the issue then simply try uninstalling third-party apps one by one to get to know about one app which is the culprit. 

Safe Mode In iPhone

  • Turn Off your iPhone.
  • Once your phone gets turned off successfully Turn It On again.
  • Once you see your iPhone screen power on again, press and hold the Volume Down button till you see the Apple Logo.
  • Now just wait, in a few seconds, your phone will enter safe mode.
  • Now check if you are still getting the same voice notification.
  • If now you are not getting the notification then it means any third-party app is the main culprit.
  • If you are still getting the same notification in the safe mode then any system app is sending you the voice notifications.
  • To get out of Safe Mode turn off your phone like you usually do and turn it on again.

Note: In case it’s the third-party app which is causing the issue then simply try uninstalling third-party apps one by one to get to know about one app which is the culprit.


Method 2: Wipe Your Phone Cache Under Recovery Mode

If you are still getting the same notification even in the safe mode then clearly it means that the issue is because of any of the system apps. And to fix the issue we will recommend you to wipe your phone cache under recovery mode.

For Android

  • Turn Off your phone
  • Tap and hold the “Volume Down + Power button”, or whatever button combination your phone requires to boot into Recovery Mode.
  • Once you’re in the Recovery Mode go to the Wipe Cache Partition with the help of the volume button.
  • Then select Wipe Cache Partition with the help of the Power Button.
  • Now, wait till your phone clear cache partition.
  • After that go to the Reboot/Restart option, and select it with the help of the power button.
  • Wait till your phone restarts and come back to normal.
  • You are done, check if this fixes the issue

For iPhone

  • Your iPhone doesn’t require you to wipe the cache partition.

Method 3: Factory Reset Your Phone

If you are still getting the issue then the last option you have to Factory Reset your device so your phone system app settings can get back to default.

Note: Before performing the factory reset your smartphone please backup all the important data because performing a factory reset will delete your phone storage data such as files, contacts, third-party installed apps, etc.

For Android

  • Go to your phone Settings.
  • Choose “General” or “General Management”.
  • Tap Reset.
  • Tap “Factory Data Reset”, and follow the on-screen options.

Note: Different android models of different brands have their own unique ways to factory reset their devices. So go to your phone settings and look for factory Reset under System Settings or Backup and reset or something similar.

For iPhone

  • Go to your phone Settings.
  • Tap General.
  • Tap Reset.
  • Tap “Erase All Content and Settings”, and follow the on-screen options.
