Amazon users are reporting the error code cs2 while accessing Amazon.com or while activating the Amazon tide dash button.
This error comes like this “there is a problem connecting to amazon right now. please try again cs2”.

How To Fix Amazon Error Code cs2?
Fix 1: Check Update For Amazon App
- Close the Amazon App completely.
- Then go to your device app store.
- On your app store search for the Amazon app.
- Now check if you can see the update option next to the Amazon App.
Fix 2: Are You Using VPN Or Proxy?
If in case you have enabled the VPN or proxy on your device then consider disabling the VPN or proxy. And then after that check, if you still have the error.
Fix 3: Restart The Device
- Close the Amazon App.
- Then Power off your device.
- Then wait for around 60 seconds.
- Then power on the device and check if the error still continues.
Fix 4: Try The Other Common Workaround
If the error still persists then try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. And also make sure that your device is also updated with the latest firmware version.
