Fix 1: Check Update For Amazon App

  • Close the Amazon App completely.

  • On your app store search for the Amazon app.
  • Now check if you can see the update option next to the Amazon App.

Fix 2: Are You Using VPN Or Proxy?

If in case you have enabled the VPN or proxy on your device then consider disabling the VPN or proxy. And then after that check, if you still have the error.

Fix 3: Restart The Device

  • Close the Amazon App.
  • Then Power off your device.
