How To Fix Saluspa Error Code e02?


Fix 1: Power It Off

  • Simply power it off by unplugging it from the power outlet.
  • Now, wait for around least 10 minutes to reset the system.
  • After that, power it on and check for the error.

Fix 2: Take The Debris/Suction Screen And The Filter Out

If the error still persists then try taking out the Debris/Suction Screen and filter. Then try running the system. If now the system is working without the error then you know the reasons behind the error.

Simply clean the Debris screen and the filters, and then fit them to their places. Now try running the system.


Fix 3: Check The Pump Impeller

The next thing you need to do is to check the Pump impeller and make sure it’s free & and clean.

Also, ensure that there is no debris in the Pump impeller because debris in the Pump impeller can lead to massive loss of flow.

You can find the impeller internal to the pump. To find the impeller you may have to separate the pump motor and pull the impeller apart.

If in case the pump impeller is dirty then clean it, and then put it into its place. Now check if the error has been resolved or not.

Note: In case you are not comfortable doing all these things by yourself then we will recommend you to call the technician.


Fix 4: Bad Flow Switch

If in case your pump impeller is clean but the error still persists then it’s likely that you have a bad flow switch that needs to be replaced.

At this stage, we will recommend you to call a technician so he/she can ensure if the flow switch is really damaged and needs to be replaced or not.
