Error code 1 is quite an old error with Diablo 3 which haunts the users from time to time. And this error stops the users from logging in to Diablo 3.

As per the information shared by the users, some peoples get the error code 1, followed by “There was an error 3025”.

“There was a problem logging in to diablo3. ( Code 1).

Fix 1: Use VPN

Many users have mentioned that this error is specific to some regions, and when they connect to a different region server the error gets resolved.

So as a temporary workaround till the error doesn’t get resolved try using any VPN and connect to a different region’s server.


Fix 2: Use Your Secondary Account

If you have more than one account then try login in with your secondary account.

Some users have mentioned that they have the error on their primary account which has the authenticator. But when they tried login in with their other account which doesn’t has the authenticator, it works fine.


Fix 3: Wait For Some Time & Report The Error

Above we have mentioned two temporary workarounds which should work but if not then all you can do is to wait till the error doesn’t get fixed from the developer’s end.
