How To Fix Disney Plus Error code 93?


Fix 1: Reset Disney Plus Account Password

As this error is related to suspicious activity so we will suggest you change your account password and then try again.

To change your Disney+ password, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Disney+ website.
  2. Then log in to your account.
  3. Then tap on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Select “Account”.
  5. Select “Change Password” from the account settings page.
  6. Then enter your current password, and then enter your new password twice to confirm.
  7. Now tap “Save Changes” to update your password.
