Error code E10-0 can occur while downloading a free epic game from the Epic Games Store.

Fix 1: Check Your Country

If the country where you are located doesn’t match the country selected for your Epic store profile then you might get this issue.

So go to the Epic Game settings and check your country. If you have selected the wrong country then choose the right country and after that reboot the Epic.


Fix 2: VPN

It’s very strange but for some users using a VPN was the issue.

But for some users using a VPN to access the Epic Store from a different location fixes the error.

So if in case you are using a VPN then try disabling it and then check for the error.

If the error still persists then enable the VPN and use a different country to access the epic store.


Fix 3: Check The Epic Game Server

  • Go to https://status.epicgames.com/.
  • Now check if everything is okay with the Epic Game Store.
