Fix 1: Delete the dat file

For this method, you will need to delete the ros_id.dat file as well as the digitalentitlements file.

To do so, you will need to navigate through the following: %appdata%folders%localappdata. Once you are inside the localappdata folder. Next, find the digitalentitlements file and delete it.
