How To Fix “MDD Message Timeout” Error?


Fix 1: Check Your Cable Line If Is Faulty

  • If you are getting an MDD message error then the first thing you should do is to check your cable from one end to another.
  • Check the cable and confirm if it is damaged or faulty, or if there is any loose wire.

Fix 2: Recheck The Bad Connection

  • If you are having a bad connection then you are prone to such errors. A bad connection is not healthy for optimum signals.
  • Due to a bad connection, the two downstream channels have given up. It also slows down your download speed.
  • Unplug the cable and reconnect it after 30 seconds.
  • Now check if this method has worked for you.

Fix 3: Contact Your ISP
