There is no given option on the Audible app or website to combine two audible accounts at one. To do so, you have to contact audible customer support.
The audible support team will transfer your Audiobook from one account to another so you can access all your audiobooks from one account.
I am not sure that if you have any Audible credit left, then it will also be transferred, so I will suggest you spend all of your audible credit to buy an audiobook before merging your account.

- Open Amazon Household
- Login to your account
- Tap “Add Adult”
- Enter the name and email of the user to whom you want to share the Audiobook, (in your case, enter the details of your second audible account)
- Go to “Your device” under “Manage your content and devices”
- Tap action menu (“…” icon)
- Select the “Show xx’s content”.

- Visit Amazon.com from the desktop browser
- Go to your library
- Go to your Audiobook
- Tap download
- Once the download is completed, use any audible converter to convert the Audiobook to mp3
