As a writer myself, I am pretty sure most of you out here today looking for a good AI copywriting tool must surely have faced a writer’s block at some point.
It doesn’t really matter whether you are a professional writer or just someone who is planning to start a blog of their own, a writer’s block is one such issue which will surely come knocking at your door every once in a while.
There is obviously still no permanent cure to this problem so far. However, with the recent advancement in science and AI technology, there have been a few breakthroughs though in what we writers like to call a ‘Writer’s block remedy’.
The remedy, as you might have already guessed, is nothing else, but an AI copywriting tool which is capable of coming up with their own unique contents and ideas to help writer’s get past the writer’s block dilemma every now and then.
What is Kafkai?
The AI copywriting tool we have with us today goes by the name Kafkai. This tool has been developed by Niteo, a company that helps empower small businesses and was founded in the year 2007 by Dejan and Nick.
Now, the Kafkai AI tool, like most other similar AI content writing tools out there, more or less has the same things and features to offer.
Basic functions like text generation, text rewriting as well as plagiarism checks should pretty much be included as far as I know. We will only know about them in depth, as we go on reviewing the app further in our article later on.
All this being said, there are however a few things which Kafkai claims it can ‘explicitly do’ beforehand, on their official website itself.
One being that the tool uses an advanced machine learning algorithm to generate articles absolutely from scratch. That too without any kind of scraping or spinning involved. Now, since most other similar AI copywriting tools use scraping and spinning to generate content.
This in the long run might not prove very ideal as it may lead to compromising the uniqueness and quality of a generated content overall.
Hence, for this reason when Kafkai claims it uses an algorithm which does not include any kind of scraping and spinning, I personally am looking for it with great expectations.
Secondly, along with no scrapping and spinning, the other explicit feature which Kafkai claims to have in store for its users, is the tool’s ability to generate articles and content exclusively for SEO and Marketing purpose.
And although Kafkai claims it is the first of its kind to offer such a feature, I personally have seen and tried out quite a few other tools out there offering the same function.
So this I believe is not something which is absolutely new, but rather I am interested to see how powerful this feature is in the case of Kafkai.
Who can use Kafkai?
Kafkai is meant for anyone who wants to or is looking forward to generating articles right from scratch. It does not matter whether you are a novel blogger or a seasonal writer or even a business owner. With the Kafkai tool, you can easily come up with unique articles as well as content ideas with ease.
But, then again this is all what the Kafkai team claims that the tool can do and achieve. We, however, can be sure about it, only after having used the tool on our own which we will keep doing and discussing as we go on constructing our following review.Â
What can Kafkai be used for?
Ideally as described by Kafkai’s official site, the smart AI tool can be used to generate content belonging to various niches. The key feature however, is that the tool is said to be able to generate content which are SEO and market centric, making it rather ideal for bloggers as well as marketers who want to rank their website at the earliest.

Our overall Assessment and Review on Kafkai
The review for the Kafkai tool has been broken down into separate sections, so that you on your own can introspect each point about the tool in detail and then be able to make a fair decision on whether the tool is suitable for you or not.
I have used and tried out the trial version of the tool myself, and come up with the following A to Z review covering all the important points revolving around the tool.
Kafkai Key Features
Before we go on discussing as well as reviewing the Kafkai tool, I guess it would be a good idea to first have a look at a few of the features the particular tool has to offer its users. This way, while discussing and reviewing the tool, you will be able to understand the points better and make a sound decision on your own as well.
In the case of Kafkai, instead of having specific features so to speak, the app is actually divided into three distinct modes. And although, the core functionality of the different modes are the same, which is to generate fresh content on its own. The way they do it may be a little different from one another.
Let us see below, how the various Modes operate as well as how they are different from each other.
Mode I
Mode I uses a trained model to generate its content belonging to the various niches offered by Kafkai. This mode is ideal for those who are short on time and need to come up with articles in as little time as possible.
Even if you don’t have any specific subject in mind, there is no issue in that. Just by selecting the particular niche you are interested in generating a content for, you can easily generate a random article from scratch.
Mode II
Mode II in Kafkai lets users generate content by seeding in a paragraph into the tool itself. Whenever a user seeds in data such as a paragraph or subject into the tool, it uses this data to generate content more data specific rather than some random content being generated just from selecting the desired niche.
The seed here can come in any form. It can be a paragraph from your own or a paragraph taken from an article published in some other website elsewhere on the Internet.
Mode III
This mode is actually pretty similar to the one we just saw above. Almost all the functions are pretty much the same as well as how the content is generated seeding information to the tool in the form of a self written paragraph or something taken from a different source online.
Supports upto 7 Languages
The Kafkai tool is capable of translating a generated content in upto seven different languages so far. And although, the tool is still not capable of allowing its users to generate artiles in any other language except for just English.
The tool however, does let its users translate the generated content in English into any of the six different languages as mentioned below.
- Dutch
- French
- German
- ItalianÂ
- Spanish
- Swedish
Kafkai Overview
Finally, we have come to the part where we go on trying out the tool for ourselves and check whether it is able to deliver users what it promised.
Pricing
When it comes to choosing an app or tool, the very first thing I like to consider is what price range it falls under. This way I know beforehand what I am getting into as well as what to expect and whether it is viable or not in the long run.
So talking about pricing range and cost, the Kafkai tool has four tiers to offer its users for subscription. These are as follows:
- The Writer pack which can also be considered as the base pack comes in a price range of $29/month. Under this subscription, you can generate up to 100 articles at a time within a month, which according to me is quite reasonable. And as the name itself suggests. Given that it is a Writer’s pack, this subscription is hence quite ideal for any kind of freelance writers, bloggers as well as marketers out there.
- Then we have with us the Newsroom pack which again as the name itself suggests, is ideal for more than one user at a time. For this plan, Kafkai lets its users generate upto 250 articles in a single month for $49/month.
- Thirdly, we have the Printing Press pack which is designed to handle more work load as well as provide access to a wider number of users at the same time. This pack costs $129/month to allow users generate upto 1000 articles within a month.
- And last but not the least, we have the Industrial Printer pack which allows users to generate upto 2500 articles a month for $199/month.
Apart from the various pricing packs, Kafkai also gives its users the freedom to get their money refunded after 30 days with the ‘30 Days Money Back Guarantee’.
So, if anyone feels or decides that the tool is not really suitable or ideal for them, then they can feel free to drop their subscription as well as get their money back within the first 30 days from the day of subscription.Â
Conclusion: Compared to most other AI copywriting tools out there, the pricing range seemed quite reasonable. From the above comparison table, you can clearly figure out that the Kafka tool is priced somewhere above the average price range. But, this however while taking into consideration the various exclusive features offered by the Kafkai tool will seem quite genuine. The only question here however, is whether the quality is up at par with what they have claimed on their website.
Trial Version
Talking about trial versions, the more days offered, the better. However, in the case of Kafkai that didn’t seem to be the case as it only had a 3-Days Trial period to offer.
Conclusion: A 3-Days Trial period is very less, if you ask me. For such a limited number of days, there is absolutely no way that someone can actually figure out the tool completely on their own. There should be a minimum of at least 7-days trial duration for a user to better understand a particular tool completely.
Login & Sign-Up Process
I personally am no big fan of long registration or signing up processes. Today, where everything can be directly signed up or logged in through a legit Gmail account or social media account such as Facebook, Insta or Linkedin, such long processes do not seem quite viable.
This is where Kafkai once again disappointed me a little. When you first register or sign up for Kafkai, it asks you to feed in your Email ID, details about the country you belong to as well as the pin code of the region you reside in.
Moreover, even though you are opting for a trial version, Kafkai makes it compulsory that you first feed in your Card or PayPal account details. And only then can users access the tools and services provided by Kafkai.
Conclusion: Since Kafkai comes with a long signing up and registration process, this for me seemed like a major drawback. Moreover, the fact that my Credit card and PayPal details were compulsory to be fed in for me to be able to use the tool became a major turn off.
User Interface
Design wise, the Kafkai tool interface is quite simple and easy to use. The tool is well navigable and one does not need any kind of experience to go on about using this tool.
Almost everyone from old to young can use the tool quite comfortably, since there is no steep learning graph for this particular tool.Â
When logging into your Kafkai dashboard, the home page you land up in, consists of a number of niches to choose from. This you can see from the dashboard provided below.
As I had already said earlier and you can see as well from the screenshot above, the Kafkai tool has quite a number of niches to offer.
All you need to do is simply click on a niche of your interest and then next page select the level at which you want to generate your desired article as shown below.
Additionally, under the Advanced option you can also add a title or heading of your article for better results. You can leave this field empty if you would just like to generate a random article belonging to a particular niche.
However, if you have anything specific in your mind, then it is advised that you do feed in a title for your article or even a little description or a paragraph even, for the tool to get a better understanding and generate better content.
Once the content is generated, users are able to view it by clicking on the My Articles tab on the top right side of the dashboard. You have the option to download the entire generated article onto your PC or even make a copy of it if required.
The quality of the generated article is better than I expected, assuming there was no spinning or scraping of data from around the Internet. The articles did a good job with Copyscape too, where no plagiarism was detected in any of the generated articles.
Conclusion: While using the tool, design and interface wise the tool was quite well laid out according to me. The tool is quite easy to figure out on your own and needs no steep learning whatsoever. And because of this, the tool I would say should be suitable for users belonging to any background or even age group. Be it a beginner or a professional writer, everyone should find the following tool comfortable for use while generating articles belonging to their particular niche of interest.
User Experience
I had a fairly good experience with the Kafkai AI copywriting tool overall. Apart from the long registration process and compulsory card details needed to be fed in. In terms of the quality of content generated, Kafka did a pretty awesome job. Better than I had expected actually.
Conclusion: Experience wise as a user, when generating fresh and unique content for my particular niches I was quite satisfied. Even if you can’t use the entire generated content as it is, you still get a lot of ideas and suitable paragraphs for use in your original content which you may be writing or looking forward to writing. This greatly helps with dealing with the writer’s block problem and helps come up with content which is actually rich in quality.
