Fix 1: Power Cycle Your TV Along With the Internet

  • Power off your LG TV.
  • Then unplug your LG Tv power cable from the wall outlet.
  • Then unplug your Router power cable from the wall outlet.
  • Now wait for at least 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then power on the internet and your TV
  • Now check if the problem gets away or not.

Fix 2: Check If Your TV Is Properly Connected To the Internet

If the error still persists then go to your TV network settings and make sure your TV is properly connected to the internet.

Also, check if other apps on your TV are working or not. If not then there is something wrong with your internet which you need to resolve. To confirm if your internet is working or not you can temporarily connect your TV over a mobile hotspot and then check if you still have the error.


Fix 3: Update Date & Time Settings

If your internet has no issue and is properly connected to the internet but the error is still on the screen then check and make sure that your device date and times are correct.

  • From your TV remote tap the home button.
  • Then go to the Setup menu.
  • Then choose the Time and Date or Clock as per your TV model.
  • Then choose Auto to correctly set the date and time on your TV.
  • Also, make sure that your timezone is correct.

If the error still occurs then check if you have any pending updates for your LG.

If your TV firmware is up to date then check if there are any pending updates available for the app for which you are having the error.

If in case there are any pending updates available for the TV or the app then consider installing the updates.


Fix 5: Reinstall The App
