- As a next troubleshoot, go to the settings, then select General, then select update unlock packs, then select “on with Wi-Fi or Mobile data”. This workaround was suggested by a user on Reddit. So give it a try and see if this helps.
- In case you have a VPN, then we suggest you to turn it on, and see if now you can bypass the error. During our research, there were some users who were able to bypass this error by using a VPN, so this may help you too.
- At last, if you are done with everything but still getting the error then we suggest shutting down your gaming device and disconnecting it from the power source. Then wait for around half an hour to one hour, and try to check for the error again.
