  • The first thing you should do is restart your device on which you are using Netflix, and also restart your internet. Shut down the device and internet for at least 5 minutes and then power them on. Then check if you still receive the error.
  • The next thing you should check is your internet connection speed. Simply visit any internet speed test website and check if you have a good stable internet connection. If not then contact your ISP.
  • If your internet speed is good but still having the error then try using Netflix over any mobile hotspot or any alternate wifi connection. If connecting to the other internet fixes the issue then the culprit behind the error is your internet so contact your ISP.
  • If you are having the error while playing any title then try playing any other title to check if the error is specific to any particular title, or if Netflix is showing the error for all the titles.
  • If you are using the Netflix app on your Smartphone, Android TV, or any other streaming device then check if the Netflix app needs to be updated.
  • If you are using the Netflix website from your browser then check if your Browser needs to be updated. Also, try using Netflix with any alternate browser so you can find out if the issue is with your browser or Netflix.
  • Make sure you are not using any VPN. Or if recently you have made any changes to your Internet then consider resetting the connection settings to the default.
