Fix 1: Restart Your Computers

The first and foremost workaround for this error code is to restart your device, which helps delete all the locally saved data and background running pages that may cause this error code.

Mac

  • Go to the Apple menu and select Restart.
  • You can also use the keyboard Ctrl+Command+Power button /eject / touch ID sensor.

For Windows

  • Tap on the Windows / Start icon at the bottom left corner.
  • Select the Restart option.
  • Wait till your device goes blank and restarts back.

Fix 2: Remove Netflix website data

If the error still persists try clearing Netflix’s browser data. Follow the below-given steps to clear the data from Safari / Chrome browser which can help you fix this issue.

For Safari

  • Go to the Safari browser.
  • Navigate to the Safari Menu.
  • Select the Preferences.
  • Choose Privacy.

For Chrome
