As per our research Netflix error code tvq-pb-101 (5.3) mainly happens when there are some issues with the data stored on your device which is stopping you from playing Netflix.
As per the users’ complaints, the Netflix app freezes or shows this error when they try to play any video from the Netflix library.
Basically, Netflix does not load anything and each time shows this error.

Fix 1: Reload The Netflix App
If you are on the error screen then tap on the option “More details” and choose reload Netflix. If you are not on the error screen then simply close the Netflix app and then relaunch it after a few seconds.
Fix 2: Restart Your Device
If reloading the Netflix app is not working then you should try restarting your device. To do so just follow the steps given below.
- Shut down your device and disconnect it from the power source.
- Then leave your device in that state for around 5 minutes.
- Then plug your device back to the power source, and restart your device.
- Once your device restarts, relaunch Netflix.
- Then check if the error persists.
Fix 3: Check Update For Netflix
