Nike is one of the leading brands of Sportswear and footwear in the world, and due to its online presence, it has expanded its reach to its customers. But lately, many buyers have come across an error during the checkout while placing an order.

The primary reason could be the product you have just added to your cart has been sold out, until you finish placing your order. Or there may be some other reasons for this error apart from this.

How To Fix If Nike Checkout Not Working?


Fix 1: Check Nike Server Status

There can be some outage issues if Nike customers are placing orders in large numbers at the same time, which usually happens when Nike launches some new product, so wait for a few hours and then try placing the order.

Fix 2: Check Your Internet Connection

There is a possibility that by the time you reach checkout, you have lost your internet connection. So try opening any other app or webpage to test the internet connection.

If you find any issue with your internet, then turn off your mobile data and then switch it on to refresh the data. You can also try switching networks, for example take Mobile Hotspot from your friend or switch the WI-FI.

If you are using Wi-FI then Power cycles your Router to refresh the data. To Power Cycle your Router unplugs all the cables attached to the Router including the Power cable. Then plug in back all the cables after 1 minute and restart the Router. After that go to Nike Page and try to complete the checkout.


Fix 3: Double Check Your Details

You may face this error while checking out, when your details are not complete, or if you have missed any details.

So go back to the address page and check if you have entered the correct address, landmark, pin Code, city, and state.

Also check your Payment details like the card numbers, expiry date, and CVV.

Fix 5: Uninstall and Reinstall The App

  • Then restart your Phone.
  • After that reinstall the Nike App.
  • Then log in to your Nike Account.
