Fix 1: Check For Software Update

Fix 2: Uninstall And Reinstall The App
If the app is updated then you may need to uninstall the app from your device and then need to reinstall it. So follow the steps given below and check if they help.

Fix 3: Make Sure You Are Not Max Out Devices
This error may also occur if you are trying to connect from too many devices. So make sure you are not maxed out devices as per your account. And if this is the case then are required to have NOW Boost, without NOW Boost you can normally watch on just 1 device at a time, but with Now Boost you can watch on 3 devices at a time.
