There is no dedicated page to check Palia’s server status but developers update about the server on their discord channel, so simply visit their discord group and check if there is any update about the server maintenance or server problem. If yes then you should wait for some time and try again.
If you are unable to find any information about the server maintenance/outage then you can try these workarounds.
- Try clearing the text on the input fields for your character’s name and nickname, and then try to submit again.
- Try removing any numeric numbers from your character’s name, if you are using any, and then try to proceed.
- Check if you need to update the Palia or your system.
- Power off your PC and internet for around 5 minutes and then restart them to check if helps fix the error or not.
- Perform a speed test for your internet to make sure your internet provides good speed and stability.
