How To Fix PayPal Error Code 54113?


Fix 1: Clear Cache

If in case you are using the PayPal website from your browser then try clearing your browser cache & cookies, and then restart the browser.

If in case you are using the PayPal app then simply force stop PayPal and then clear the app cache.

Once the cache is clear, check if you still have the error.


Fix 2: Try Using VPN

If clearing the browser/app cache is not fixing the issue then definitely it’s the web server configuration related error. For some reason, your IP has been blacklisted by PayPal.

 As a temporary workaround, you can try using any VPN. If you don’t own any premium VPN then you can use any free VPN of your choice. We are very sure that any free VPN will be as effective as any premium VPN against this error.

Fix 3: Activate The IPv6 Option

This error can also occur if the IPv6 option is not enabled under your router settings.

Simply access your router settings and check if IPv6 is enabled or not. If not then consider enabling the IPv6 option under the router settings, and then check for the error.
