Fix 1: Check Your Internet

  • Locate the power cord for the router. This is typically a small, flat cord that plugs into the back of the router.
  • Unplug the power cord from the router.
  • Wait a few seconds, and then plug the power cord back into the router.
  • Wait for the router to fully restart. This can take a few minutes.
  • Once the router has restarted, try connecting the Internet to your phone or laptop.
  • Then go to any internet speed test website and check if you are having a good stable connection.

Fix 2: Check Update For App

  • Open the app store on your device. This could be the App Store on an iPhone or iPad, the Google Play Store on an Android device, or the Microsoft Store on a Windows device.
  • Search for “Peacock TV” in the app store.
  • Select the Peacock TV app from the search results.
  • Tap the “Update” button next to the Peacock TV app. If there is no update button, it means that the app is up to date.
  • Wait for the update to download and install. This may take a few minutes depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
  • Once the update is complete, launch the Peacock TV app and see if the issue you were experiencing has been resolved.

Fix 3: Clear The App Cache
