We have found that Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet users are getting the error code 2-ALZXA-0007 while joining the co-op. And for some users, this error is not letting them trade and raids.
As of now, there is no official news from developers or Nintendo as to why this error is haunting the users but we have found some workarounds shared by the users which may help you resolve the Error Code 2-alzxa-0007.
How To Fix Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet Error Code 2-alzxa-0007?
Fix 1: Check For Common Things
Before going into any troubleshoots please make sure that you don’t have any internet-related issues, and your internet has good speed.
Then check and make sure that you don’t have any pending updates for the game or the Nintendo switch.
Fix 2: Try Switching Internet
If your internet is working and you don’t have any pending updates then simply try switching the internet.
If you are using a Wifi connection then simply use a Mobile Hotspot.
During our research, we have found that using the mobile hotspot fixes the error for many users.
I know that this is not a permanent fix but meanwhile till the problem doesn’t get addressed by the developers you can try this temporary fix.
Additionally, we will highly recommend reporting the error to game support.
Fix 3: Try Again
We can’t confirm but one user on Reddit mentioned that he also has this error for raids and trades, and he had to try 10 to 20 times in order to succeed.
So we will also suggest you to try multiple times, and check if it works for you too or not. If not then contact the game and Nintendo switch to report the error.
