If the problem still continues, then check the update for your Samsung TV.

  • Go to your TV settings
  • Tap support
  • Tap software update
  • If your device needs to be updated, then it will show you the option.

Reset Your TV Network Settings

  • Go to your TV settings
  • Tap general
  • Tap network
  • Tap Reset network

Uninstall & Reinstall The Prime Video
