Things You Are Required To Program Your FiOS Remote Control To Your TV

  • Your Fios Remote Control.
  • Your Fios Set-Top Box.
  • The TV to which you want to program your Remote control.

Steps to program your Fios Remote without Fios Remote codes

  • Turn on your TV and Fios Set-up box.
  • Carry your FiOS Remote Control.
  • Take your fingers to LIVE TV and OK buttons on your remote.
  • Press and hold both the LIVE TV & OK buttons until the tiny LED light on your remote blinks and remains on, and then release the keys.
  • Then take your fingers to the Play button.
  • Press and hold the Play button until a steady tiny LED light blinks so your remote can search for the correct code for your TV.
  • Don’t release the Play button until your remote finds the correct code. Once your remote finds the correct code, your TV will turn off automatically.
  • Once your TV gets turned off, release the play button.
  • Press the TV Power button from your remote to turn it on.
  • Test your remote by using the different keys to make sure it’s working properly.
  • Once you are sure the remote is working properly, tap the OK button to save the code.
  • Once you tap the ok button on your remote, the tiny LED light will blink a couple of times which means you successfully programmed your remote to the TV.
