Note: Performing a factory data reset for your smartwatch will delete all the settings and saved data. And once the factory reset is done, you have to Activate / Set Up your device from the beginning.

- Plug the GizmoWatch into the charger
- Power on the watch
- Tap the End/Back button, which will bring up the display
- Make sure you are on the home screen.
- Click the End/Back button 4 times, (If the device is powered on but not going to the home screen, then click the End/Back button 5 times or more)
- Checkmark the icon to reset
- You are done, just wait till the reset process is complete.

How To Reset Your Verizon SmartWatch if It is unresponsive or can’t be powered on?
If in case your Verizon smartwatch is not responding or not powering on, then you can reset your device with the help of the GizmoHub App. Just follow the steps given below
- Open GizmoHub app
- Enter your pin if needed
- Click More from the lower right
- Click Manage Devices
- Click on your smartwatch, which you wish to delete
- Click on Delete
- Click Delete for the last time to finally reset your smartwatch
