Google Find My Phone also works the same way as “Samsung Find My Mobile”, but this method will also only work if you have set up “Google Find My Device” on your phone.

  • Go to Google Find My Phone.
  • Login with “Google Find My Phone” email.
  • Choose Erase Device, and follow the on-screen instruction to delete any password, Pin, or Pattern from your phone.
  • You are done

Call the Samsung customer service.

Many users mentioned in the Official Samsung Community that they called the Samsung customer service, and explained the problem. After that, Samsung Customer Service Reset the phone password for them.
