In the official post by Samsung, they mentioned that if for any reason the dryer heater doesn’t generate enough heat then you may get any of the error codes.

One of the main reasons the dryer heater doesn’t generate enough heat is the low voltage which can be caused by your eclectic socket.

So try using any other electric socket, or call the electrician so he/she can inspect the reasons behind the low voltage.

Fix 6: Check Thermistor

The thermistor is an important part of the dryer which takes the temperature readings of your dryer. So inspect the Thermistor, maybe this will be causing the issue.
