As per my information and research, for most people, converting the Old notes fixes the issue.
But if it doesn’t work for you then you can install the add-on suggested by the Samsung Notes app.
When you will try to install the add-on, your phone will warn you to install Add-on from an unknown source. Simply ignore the warning and install the Addon, there is no need to worry, and it’s not any kind of malware.
In the Samsung community, many users clearly mentioned that installing the add-on fixed the issue, and installing the add-on didn’t create any issue.
But please make sure you don’t’ choose to delete your old notes while installing the add-on. Some users mentioned that installing the Add-on fixed the issue but they lost their old notes. So please be careful while installing the Add-on.
