As per my research, the following MYSKY_2306 error message has been reported to show up mainly when users try to add an app to their respective Sky accounts. Thus, the error prevents users from adding the app to their Sky accounts, irrespective of whether they are entitled to that app or not.
Many users have complained that this issue has been there for quite some time now with Sky subscription, and there has been no effort officially made from Sky’s end to fix the following issue.

Fix Sky Q Error Code SKYTV_2306
We have gone through quite a few forums and discussion threads online but, sadly, we were unable to find anything useful which we could say for sure would help you solve the following issue.
You can try some of the more general troubleshooting solutions out there to solve the following issue. However, we will not put much faith in them as most users have already tried them out and have found no luck in solving the particular error.
Still, I believe you can try the following solutions just in case to be sure that everything is fine at your end and that the issue indeed lies at Sky TV’s end.

Fix 1: Update Sky TV Software
Depending upon which type of set-top box you have, you can refer to the following guide on their official website to update the Sky TV software and check to see if doing so helps with the error.
Fix 2: Reset your Set-top box
Another troubleshooting method you can try to see if it helps with the error is resetting your Set-top box.
Here, you can either go for a Soft reset by pressing the Power Button for at least five seconds till the LED light turns green from red, and it will take around 3 to 4 minutes for the system to reboot. Or, you can go for a Power Reset involving a few extra steps as can be referred to from the guide in their official website here.
Fix 3: Contact Support
If you don’t like waiting for Sky to fix the issue on their end and want to talk to their representative to know when or how you could try and fix the error, then, there is no other better way than directly contacting their support team or creating a ticket for the following error for them to come back to you.
