Error code 11 mainly occurs when the Sonos product is unable to automatically update the device with the latest firmware version. In simple words, your Sonos product needs to be updated but it’s unable to download the update itself.
This is very common with old models but in some cases, newer models can also show this error.
If you are receiving this error then first try updating your Sonos device by yourself. Try at least 2 to 3 times. But if the error still comes then connect over any other internet and then try updating your device.
