Fix 1: Check your internet connection

Check whether the internet connection is stable and giving you a decent speed or not. And if the speed or stability is not as promised for the subscription plan you are subscribed too. Then, either have a talk with your ISP provider or change your connection to a service providing a more stable and fast internet connection.


Fix 2: Update your Cache

There may be times when the error may simply occur as a result of your app being outdated. And if that is the case. Then, simply having the app updated may help solve the issue. 

To update your app, you can simply head to the online app store and click on the Update button for the SonosTube app if any updates are available. 

Once the app has been updated. Launch it to see if the error still persists while trying to access your video library.


Fix 3: Clear app Cache

  • On the next page, go and tap on the Storage & cache option.
  • Under the Storage option, tap on the Clear cache option.
  • Launch the app, login to your account and see if the error still persists.

On the other hand, for those of you using the app on an iOS platform. You can follow the steps as shown below to clear up cache for the following app:

  • Go to the Settings menu page from your homescreen.
  • Then, scroll down and click on the SonosTube app.
