To turn on/off the theatre Mode on Apple Watch, please Raise your wrist or press the Digital Crown to activate the Apple Watch screen -> Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the Control Center -> swipe up again to access Theater Mode -> click the theater masks (Theater Mode) icon -> click again to finally activate the Theater Mode.

How To Turn Enable/Disable Theater Mode For Apple Watch

Apple Watch introduced the theatre mode with watchOS 3.2. By default, when you raise your wrist, your Apple Watch screen will activate, but after enabling the theatre mode on your Apple Watch, you can stop the Apple Watch’s screen from activating when you raise your wrist.

Note: The given steps apply to the Apple Watch Series 3 and newer models. Silent Mode will enable automatically while Theater Mode is turned on your Apple Watch. Also, the screen will stay dark until you tap or press a button.
