If you see the following error 4 on your Wyze app when trying to check out an event, then, chances are this may be happening due to some kind of bug or a compatibility issue between the Wyze app and the smart device you may be using.

In my research, I have found that the error usually shows up after a firmware update or an app update.

Hence, if you are seeing the error after a similar circumstance, then, most probably the fault lies in the upgrade itself, causing a glitch or bug within the app or a compatibility issue between the app and the hardware.

For this, you will first need to uninstall the app from your smartphone device. Then, connect your smartphone to your PC or Laptop device and navigate through the mobile folders for anything related to WYZE. If you find any files or folders related to the WYZE app. Then, right away delete it from there and reboot your mobile device.

Once rebooted, go to the App Store, install the WYZE app, and log back into it. Then, check to see if the error still shows up when trying to view events.
