Fix 1: Make Sure Wyze App Is Updated

You just need to visit your app store, and from there search for the Wyze app. If your app needs an update then you can see that right there.


Fix 2: Clear The App Cache

If your Wyze app is updated then clear your app cache.

If you are using the Android app then just tap and hold on to the Wyze app icon, and tap app info. Then on the following screen choose storage and cache, and proceeded to clear the cache and data one by one.

If you are using the Wyze IOS app then you need to uninstall the app and then reinstall it.


Fix 3: Check Your Internet connectivity
