  • Your device installation’s target disk is full.
  • Your device antivirus program is conflicting with the Zoom downloaded file by mistakenly considering the Zoom file as a possible threat.

How To Fix The Error?

  • The very first thing you need to do is check if your device’s target disk is full, if yes then you may need to delete some items to make some space.
  • If there is sufficient disk space available for Zoom to be installed then try disabling your Antivirus program temporarily. And then try installing Zoom.
  • If the error still comes then get in touch with Zoom support.

This error can also occur while using Zoom such as joining or creating meetings. And this can happen because of any temporary glitch with Zoom or your device, or if Zoom servers are down.

How To Fix The Error?

  • Go to Zoom server status page and check if there are any reported issues with the Zoom meeting. If yes then wait till the issues get fixed.
  • If Zoom servers are okay without any issues then go to your Antivirus settings and add Zoom under the exception list to make sure it doesn’t interfere with Zoom.
  • Try connecting your device with any other Wifi connection, or connect over a mobile hotspot.
