As per our research, the Zoom error code 13215 occurs when someone tries to join a meeting. As per users, they have tried creating a new meeting but they continue to receive this error.
How To Fix Zoom Error Code 13215?
In our research, we have found that this error is mainly coming to those users who are trying to join the meeting from China. There are mainly two categories of users who are having this issue.
- Users who live in China.
- Users who are in other countries and trying to join a call with a user who lives in China.
The best workaround we have found for this error is using a VPN, many users in the Zoom community commented that using a VPN immediately fixes the issue for them and they are no longer having this error. So if you have access to a paid VPN account then consider using it as it may help you resolve this error.
Other than that it can also be a technical glitch that should get resolved by itself but we can’t say anything for certain. Whether you can try using a VPN or consider getting in touch with Zoom support to have more clarity over this error.
