What Is Bookcamp Error Code 500? And How To Resolve it?
As per the users’ complaints, they can stream from their Plex locally but if they try to stream remotely, some of their audiobooks do not work and show this error.
The strange thing is that the error only comes with some of the audiobooks and other audiobooks play fine.
As per the information shared by the Bookcamp, if you have a working remote connection with relay enabled under your server settings then this may cause this 500 error while steaming Audiobooks. So, if your remote connection is working fine, then consider disabling the relay and then check for the error again.
In case, the error still appears then try clearing the app cache data from the settings. In case, the error still doesn’t get resolved then try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bookcamp app.
