Hence, if your account name and the name on your credit card does not match. You can try changing your account name to the same as printed on your credit card and check to see if doing so helps with the following error. 

Fix 5: Create a new Gmail Account

Many users have also tried setting up a different Gmail account and have found it to be useful in dealing with the following issues. 

Simply, you will need to create a new and separate Gmail account and set it up to see if you can access the cloud that way without encountering the error message again.

Fix 6: Contact Support

If none of the above-mentioned solutions work for you. Then, it would be best if you directly try contacting Google Support and raise a ticket out there. 

This may take a few hours to a couple of days. But, once they contact you back, you can discuss your problem and try finding a solution with the help of their assistance.
