Fix 2: Check The Doctor’s Specialty Settings

  • Go to Settings.
  • Then go to Users.
  • Then find the Provider’s name on the list.
  •  Then tap the Pencil icon just next to the provider’s name.
  • Then choose “Update & Configure“.
  • Then choose “User Settings“.
  • Then go under “Personal Settings“.
  • Then go to “Doctor Specialty” section.
  • Then check whether Doctor Specialty is set to Specialist or GP.

First, check and make sure that there are any specific limits on the items that can be claimed if so then next review the item numbers to confirm if you have reached any limits.
