Fix 1: Restart Your PC/Computer
As per the instruction provided by Norton, this error can be fixed by simply restarting your computer.
Simply shut down your PC/computer and make sure to disconnect it from the power source. Now wait for around 5 to 7 minutes and then restart your PC/computer, and then check if the error still comes.
Fix 2: Reinstall The Norton
If restarting your PC/computer is not helping with the error then you need to uninstall and reinstall Norton 360. Please make sure to uninstall the Norton 360 by using the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool to properly uninstall the Norton 360.

- Then Double-click on the downloaded Norton file.
- Then Read and Agree to the license agreement.
- Then tap on the Advanced Options.
- Then choose Remove only.
- Then choose Remove.
- Then choose Restart Now.
- Now wait till your PC/computer Restarts.
- Once your PC/computer restart follow the on-screen option to Reinstall the Norton 360.
- Once Norton 360 is reinstalled, relaunch it to check if the error still continues or not.
