In order to resolve the OS error 2 you have to completely uninstall the Palia from your device and have to reinstall it. As per the official recommendation by the developers, you should uninstall Palia by using Revo uninstaller to make sure you uninstall the Palia with all the files associated with the game because in case there is any leftover game file, you will continue to get this error.

Here is how you can do a clean uninstallation with Revo, and then reinstall it

  • First, disable your device’s firewall/antivirus program.
  • Then restart your PC
  • Then go to Revo Uninstaller, and choose to download the free version.
  • Once Revo is downloaded, install it on your device.
  • Then launch the Revo.
  • Once Revo is open, make sure the Uninstaller tab is selected in the top left corner.
  • Then from the list of software that are currently installed on your device look for Palia, and Right click on it.
  • Then select Uninstall.
  • When the screen prompts, tap Continue.
  • Once Palia is successfully uninstalled, go to Officla Palia Downloading Guide and follow the option to reinstall the Palia.
