- Go to Settings > Hardware > Network and make sure that there is a checkmark next to the network to which you want to connect.
- If you are using a Wi-Fi connection then from the top right corner of the status bar, check the Wi-Fi status indicator, if it’s showing 3-4 white bars then it means you have a strong signal otherwise it is not receiving strong signals.
- Check and make sure that your internet has good speed and stability.
- In case you are using a Wifi connection try connecting over ethernet by simply connecting your device over an Ethernet cable, but if you are already using an Ethernet connection then try using a Wifi connection.
