  • If you don’t have any ad-blocker on your device then chances are your ISP may have a network-level ad blocker or similar service. So try connecting over a mobile hotspot connection, if the error doesn’t come then contact your ISP and report the issue.
  • If you are using the CBS app then next check if you need to update your CBS app. If so then consider updating the app. In case you are using the CBS website then make sure your browser is up to date.
  • If everything is up to date but the error still comes then you should shut down your device and internet for at least 5 minutes, also make sure to disconnect them from the power source. After 5 minutes restart your device and internet, and then check if the error still occurs.
