Based on our research this error is the result of some conflict between your device firmware/antivirus and the game, but in some cases, any bug within the game may also lead to this issue.

During our research, we were unable to find any official fix for this error but we were able to find different user’s shared workarounds that may help you with this issue.

Fix 1: Check If There Is Any Needed Update For The Game

Before going into any serious troubleshoots our recommendation for you will be to check for any needed updates for the game.

If you find any pending updates for the game then consider installing it, and then check if error still continues or not.

Fix 2: Run Helldivers 2 As An Administrator

If your game is up to date with its latest version then try running the game with the administrative privilege.

We are suggesting you to do so because for many users running the game as an administrator helped them fix the issue, so you can also try the same for you.

Fix 3: Disable Your Device Firewall And Antivirus Temporarily

If running the game as an administrator also doesn’t resolve the issue then try disabling your device firewall and antivirus program temporarily.

Once you are done with disabling your Antivirus and Firewall, restart your device and then check for the error again.

Fix 4: Validate The Game Files While Device’s Antivirus/Firewall Is Disabled

If the error persists and you are playing on Steam then try validating your games, while you perform this step make sure your device Firmware/Antivirus is disabled.

• Then go to the Game library.

• Then from the antivirus program file explorer go back to the new GameGuard folder, and add this folder under your antivirus whitelist.
• Then Restart your device and check for the error again.
