  • Shut down your PS4, but don’t disconnect your console from the power source.
  • Then Tap and hold your console’s power button for around seven seconds until you hear two beeps.
  • Once you hear the second beep, leave the power button. Doing this will boot your console into Safe Mode.
  • Then connect your console to your DualShock 4 controller using a micro-USB cable.
  • Then tap the PS button from your controller.
  • Then scroll down to the Rebuild Database option by using the D-pad, and select it.

  • Shut down your PS5 console, but don’t disconnect it from the power source.

  • Then connect your console to your DualSense controller by using a micro-USB cable.

  • Then scroll down to the Clear Cache and Rebuild Database option by using the D-pad, and select it.
  • Then select Rebuild Database.
  • Then tap OK.
  • Now wait till your console finishes this process.
  • Once the process is complete your console will automatically reboot to normal.
