We have done some digging on our own and have found that the error usually occurs when the audio you are trying to upload or play has been already deleted by Roblox and is no longer available to be played.
The issue also may arise if you are trying to upload an audio recorded or uploaded as a 2 mono track, as this has now become something which is flagged by Roblox. Thus, preventing such audios from being played and seen as copyright violations, even though that might not be the case.
As of yet, there is no definite walk around or solution to the following error, then to just skip uploading such audio files onto your player.
Or, you can find a way to upload audios in a single channel or track, instead of two monos and see if doing so helps upload your desired audio without prompting the following error to occur.
But, if you feel that the audio or sound file you are trying to work out on Roblox is completely original and should not fall under any kind of copyright violation. Then, you can try bringing up the situation with their support representative over on their support page and ask them to look into it.
