  • Tap All settings.
  • Tap Network.
  • Tap Network settings.
  • Tap Test network connection.

Fix 4: Restart your Xbox console

  • Scroll left on the Home screen to access the Guide
  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Restart console.

  • Now, Wait till Xbox Restarts.

Fix 5: Try Using A Wired Connection
