It is possible that anyone in your party has a Network Address Translation (NAT) problem. To confirm that everyone has to test their connection, and here is how you can do this.
- Scroll left from Home to access the Guide.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap All settings.
- Tap Network.
- Tap Network settings.
- Tap Test network connection.

Fix 4: Restart your Xbox console
- Scroll left on the Home screen to access the Guide.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Restart console.
- Tap Yes to confirm.

- Once Xbox restarts, check if it resolves the error.
Fix 5: Try Using A Wired Connection
If in case you are using a Wifi connection then try using a wired connection to test if using a wired connection fixes the error or not.
