In our research, we have found that this error is mainly a backend problem from the Xbox’s side. So if you are experiencing this error then first you should check the Xbox server status.
To check the Xbox server status you can visit their server status page, there you can check if Xbox is having any trouble with any of their services. If yes then you should wait for a few hours till things get back to normal with the Xbox servers and then try again.
In case the Xbox server status page is showing everything okay with their services but you continue to get the error then you can try these troubleshoots to eliminate any temporary issues.
- Power off your device along with the internet for around 2 to 3 minutes and then restart Xbox. Then check if the error still appears.
- If the error continues then go to any internet speed test website and perform a speed test to make sure your internet is proving good speed and stability.
