Fix 1: Try Deleting Your Profiles
During our research, we have found many users who were able to resolve this issue by simply deleting their profile and re-downloading it. So you can also try the same for you.
- Go to System Settings.
- Choose Storage.
- Choose Profiles
- Then choose the Profile you want to delete.
- Now you will see these two following options. Make sure to choose the Delete Profile Only option.
- Delete Profile Only
- Delete Profile and Items
- Then Restart your Xbox 360.
- Once your Xbox 360 restarts, tap the Guide button.
- Then choose the Download Profile option.
- Then on the Download Profile screen choose the Download Profile option.
- Then enter your Account credentials.
Fix 2: Avoid Using The “Remember My Password” Option
If you tried removing and re-downloading your profile but it is not resolving the issue then you can try to avoid using the “Remember My Password” option.
As per our research, the error comes when users choose the “Remember My Password” option, so all you need to just avoid this option, and the error will not show.
We know by not choosing the “Remember My Password” option you are opting in to enter your account credentials each time but you can consider avoiding this option till there is a permanent fix for the error.
