Fixes For Zoom Error Code 103054
Fix 1: Check If You Need To Update
If you haven’t recently updated your Zoom app or Zoom client then check you have a pending update. If yes then consider updating the zoom and then check if the error persists.
Fix 2: Check Zoom Server Status
If you are using the latest version of Zoom but still getting the error then it can be possible that Zoom is having some problem with its service which is causing this error. So we will advise you to check the Zoom server status.
Here is how to check the Zoom server status,
- Go to https://status.zoom.us/.
- Then check if Zoom is operational for all its systems or not.
- If there is a notification of any issue then wait for some time and try again.
Fix 3: Power Cycle The Device And Internet
If there is no notification about any issue with the Zoom services then we will advise you to power cycle your device along with the internet, this way you can make sure that there is not any temporary glitch with your device.
- Power off your device, and make sure the device is disconnected from the power source.
- Then disconnect the internet from the power source.
- Then wait for around 5 minutes.
- Then power on the device and the internet.
- Then check if the error continues.
Fix 4: Try Using Any Other Device
If you still get the error try using Zoom from any other device of yours. You can switch between the Zoom smartphone app and the Zoom web version.
In simple words, if you are using the Zoom app then consider using the Zoom web from your desktop browser, or if you are using Zoom from your desktop browser then try using the Zoom app.
Fix 5: Submit A Support Ticket
