Follow the steps given below to clear the alternate MAC address on your Xbox.
- Tap the Start at the main menu.
- Then go to the Settings.
- Then choose Network Settings.
- Then choose Advanced Settings.
- Then choose Alternative Mac Address.
- Then choose Clear.
- Now your Xbox will restart itself, so wait till your Xbox fully restarts.
- Then check if this issue has been resolved or not.
Fix 3: Troubleshoot Your Device
- Power off your device by disconnecting it from the power source. Then wait for a full 4 to 5 minutes and then restart the device. Then check if the error still remains.
- Check if your device needs to be updated, if yes then consider installing the update right away.
- Reset your device’s Network Settings to check if that helps.
